Ballinger will fill new role for Prairie Wolves

After contributing three years as an assistant coach to Nebraska Wesleyan’s baseball team, Scott Ballinger will step up into a new role as head coach of the Prairie Wolves. For the past 17 years, Ballinger has been coaching baseball at varying levels including Babe Ruth Baseball, American Legion Baseball, and the varsity assistant coach at Lincoln East High School. Mugs at the Lux – Ashlee McDonald

The latest show at the Lux Center for the Arts on 48th Street here in Lincoln is as interesting as ever. Mug Shots, which opened on April 4, exhibits actual mugs made of porcelain, terra cotta, stone, and more. Many of the pieces are available for purchase. The exhibit runs until May 31.
